Moog's Corporate Group is looking for a Tax Manager to join our team! As the Tax Manager, you will build strong relationships with the business across several teams including Finance, Legal, HR, IT, and Operations. We are looking for a leader with an eagerness to develop and mentor others, with a passion for team growth. You will skillfully navigate complexity, adapting to evolving technology and regulatory change. Deep problem-solving abilities and sound judgement are a must!

You will work a hybrid schedule, onsite at our Corporate Headquarters in East Aurora, NY.

To be considered for this opportunity, here's what you'll need to bring with you :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Minimum of eight (8) years of combined public accounting and industry experience, with tax provision, compliance, and research responsibilities
• At least (4) years' progressive managerial oversight
• Proficiency in US GAAP and ASC?740
• Working knowledge of international tax concepts (e.g., GILTI, FDII, BEAT, foreign tax credits) and R&D tax credit
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical memo writing and stakeholder presentation
• Proven ability to manage audits and maintain strong external partnerships
• Must live local to Buffalo, NY to work onsite; we are unable to provide U.S. sponsorship for this opportunity.

Salary Range Transparency : Buffalo, NY $150,000.00$180,000.00 Annually

Salary Range Disclaimer : The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
