Opportunity

The Store Manager, Salt Lake City, is responsible for the total operations of their assignment location and leading their team to deliver a gracious customer experience for every customer who visits their store location. This role is the leader that is responsible for developing / leading the staff, store operations, and the achievement of financial goals including sales goals and cost mitigation. The Store Manager will spend approximately 25% of their time interacting with customers on the selling, 25% on human resources including recruiting, coaching, and training, and 50% on store operations including analysis of financial results, partnership with fulfillment teams, and setting strategy for overall store performance.

Consumer Experience

• Make the Kohler Store "the" destination for consumers seeking to recreate their kitchen or bath environment.
• Develop and motivate store team to ensure that all consumers experience service that is consistent with the Kohler brand promise and Kohler Plumbing America's standards.
• Provide resolution support for consumer situations that cannot be resolved by sales, design or support associates.
• Provide frequent and timely feedback to the Store team regarding their consumer experience and sales performance.

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
