Key Responsibilities
Build strong, trusted relationships with business leaders to create and execute organizational and people strategies
Utilize data to evaluate and positively impact organizational health and support global teams through growth and change
Drive performance management initiatives and collaborate with COE Partners to deliver effective HR solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
4 - 5+ years of HRBP experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Ability to analyze and interpret data to influence business decisions
Demonstrated history of influencing senior-level business leaders and managing multiple projects effectively
