  • 5 years in accounting and administrative roles or 3 years (an AA. BA preferred)
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel and MS Office
  • Strong attention to detail and organization to analyze and recommend not just report data
  • Ability to manage purchase orders and vendor negotiations to optimize costs freight and inventory levels
  • Review inventory for shortages or dead stock; support cycle counts and suggest improvements
  • Handle local check deposits credit apps tax issues and lien processing.
