Oracle fusion SCM manager

As an Oracle Fusion SCM Advisor within a healthcare organization, you will spearhead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain and Manufacturing (SCM) solutions. You will align supply chain processes—spanning procurement, inventory, planning, and logistics—with healthcare-specific priorities such as regulatory compliance, patient safety, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle implementation or enhancement of Oracle Fusion SCM modules including Procurement (P2P), Order Management (O2C), Inventory / MFG, Planning, and Logistics.
• Conduct business requirements gathering and translate those into configuration designs that align with healthcare supply chain workflows—from vendor onboarding to supplies distribution and serialization.
• Administer supply chain application roles, manage setup artifacts, metadata, and enterprise structures in Oracle Fusion SCM. (Reflects tasks from Supply Chain Application Administrator roles).
• Enable and maintain REST / integration services for supply chain data exchange (e.g., change orders, inventory transactions). (Reflects Supply Chain Integration Specialist responsibilities).
• Develop supply chain dashboards and analytics (e.g., OTBI / BI Publisher), tailored to healthcare metrics such as inventory turnover, waste reduction, order accuracy, and regulatory traceability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical teams, quality control, finance, and IT to ensure SCM systems support patient care delivery, compliance (FDA, HIPAA), and financial oversight.
• Provide end-user training, system documentation, and change management support to ensure smooth adoption of SCM solutions.
