A company is looking for a Director of Compliance to build and manage compliance systems for patient advocacy in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement a comprehensive compliance program across policies, controls, training, monitoring, and reporting

Translate complex healthcare regulations into actionable processes for operators and advocates

Lead audits and compliance reviews, ensuring alignment with regulatory and ethical standards

Required Qualifications

6-10+ years of experience in Compliance, Risk, Legal, or a related field, preferably in a high-growth environment

Experience with HIPAA, Medicare, and multi-state regulatory environments

Proven ability to build or scale compliance programs in complex operational settings

Strong judgment in balancing patient safety, regulatory integrity, and business velocity

Experience with audits and investigations related to compliance program management
