Telecommunications Strategy Executive

A company is looking for a VP, Carrier Strategy & Network Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Manage relationships with Tier 1 carriers, aggregators, and identity vendors

Oversee compliance with STIR / SHAKEN and call reputation management

Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align carrier requirements with platform capabilities

Required Qualifications

8-15+ years in telecommunications, carrier strategy, or network partnerships

Experience with Tier 1 carriers and carrier aggregators

Knowledge of STIR / SHAKEN and call labeling frameworks

Hands-on experience in high-volume outbound calling environments

Familiarity with carrier trust, fraud, or abuse teams
