We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources and Benefits Manager to oversee HR operations and benefits administration for a company based in Winston Salem, North Carolina. This role requires an experienced, detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage employee relations, onboarding processes, and vendor partnerships while ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will thrive in a smaller organizational environment and bring expertise in HR administration and benefits management.
Responsibilities :
- Educate employees, including new hires and radiologists, about available benefits and assist them in understanding their options.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external benefits vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees while addressing general HR-related needs.
- Ensure all employee records are accurate, organized, and regularly updated.
- Provide HR support tailored to the needs of a smaller organization consisting primarily of radiologists.
- Implement and manage HR systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace environment.
- Monitor compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with management to develop and refine HR strategies and initiatives to support organizational goals.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on benefits administration and employee relations.
- Proficiency in managing HRIS platforms and tools.
- Strong knowledge of onboarding processes and HR operations.
- Proven ability to handle vendor relationships and negotiate service agreements.
- Experience working in small to mid-sized companies, ideally with specialized staff in the medical field
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining employee records.
- Solid understanding of employment laws and compliance standards.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees and management.
