Job Title : Programmer Analyst (SQL)

Location-Type : Hybrid (1 day / week onsite in Glenside, PA)- Wednesdays in office

Start Date Is : ASAP (by 9 / 15 or 9 / 22)

Duration : 6-month Contract-to-Hire

Compensation Range : $30-35 / hr on W2 ONLY (Converting to 65K)

Job Description :

Support and enhance the data integration and analytics environment by developing and maintaining ETL pipelines, integrations, and business intelligence tools.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

Support and develop data integrations using SQL, Workato, and Python

Maintain and improve data pipelines, stored procedures, and SQL agent jobs

Collaborate with end users to gather requirements and ensure data context and usability

Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports

Document data definitions and maintain data dictionary

Participate in cross-department data governance and analytics initiatives

Requirements : Must-Haves :

2–4 years of experience with SQL and ETL tools (e.g., SSIS)

Proficiency with Power BI (or Tableau / Looker as alternatives)

Working knowledge of Python

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with end users

Nice-to-Haves :

Experience with Salesforce and data integrations (Workato, Informatica, or Boomi)

Background in higher education, nonprofit, or K-12 environments
