Commercial Lines Account Manager
Location : United States- Remote
Base : $30-34 / hour
Our client is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage and service a high-volume commercial book of business. This role requires strong technical commercial P&C knowledge, attention to detail, speed, accuracy, and a client-first service mindset. The Account Manager will partner closely with producers and carriers to ensure seamless policy servicing and retention.
Responsibilities
- Manage a large commercial book of business across multiple industries
- Handle endorsements, renewals, audits, certificates of insurance (COIs), compliance documentation, and remarketing
- Support producers with day-to-day account servicing and renewal preparation
- Communicate directly with commercial clients via phone and email at high frequency
- Coordinate with carriers and underwriters across admitted and non-admitted (E&S) markets
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of policy changes, documentation, and coverage updates
- Maintain organized, compliant account records within the agency management system

2-5 years of Commercial P&C insurance experienceExperience servicing commercial accounts (e.g., GL, Property, WC, Auto, Umbrella, Professional Lines)Must have or be willing to obtain a California P&C licenseBackground with independent brokerages or regional agencies strongly preferredCandidates from high-volume commercial servicing environments tend to perform well
