Keep records accurate and organized — attention to detail keeps customers happy and operations efficient. Track progress on each vehicle and ensure every promise made to the customer is kept. Proactively suggest helpful services or maintenance based on customer needs — never pressure, always support. Make every customer feel like family — follow up after visits to thank them and check on their experience. Handle any issues quickly and professionally, always aiming for a positive resolution that earns trust and repeat business. A natural ability to connect with people and make them feel comfortable. Strong communication skills — you know how to explain things clearly and kindly. A professional, reliable, and upbeat attitude. Excellent organization and time management. A problem-solver’s mindset — you stay calm and focused even when things get busy. Prior customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or a service-based environment (automotive experience a plus, but not required). Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Communication
- Be the friendly face of our shop. Greet every customer warmly — in person, on the phone, or by email — and make them feel valued from the start.
- Listen with care. Understand customer concerns and clearly communicate solutions in everyday language — not jargon.
- Set expectations clearly. Explain what needs to be done, how long it will take, and what it will cost, always keeping customers informed along the way.
- Stay connected. Provide updates throughout the service process, and follow up afterward to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Resolve issues with empathy. Turn frustrations into trust by taking ownership and finding solutions that make customers feel heard and appreciated.
