Service Tech / Installer

We are in need of two (2) experienced Service Technician/Installers for our Fairfield, CA location. These technicians will perform window installations, service calls, adjustments, and minor repairs. Experience in window installation and/or window service is required. This is not an entry-level role. Required Qualifications (Must Have) Hands-on experience in window installation and/or service Experience performing window service/repairs, including adjustments, hardware replacement, and resolving operation issues Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Ability to climb ladders, kneel, bend, and perform physical tasks Skilled in using hand tools and power tools safely (drills, screwdrivers, tape measure, levels, etc.) Ability to read and understand basic measurements and installation specifications Reliable transportation to the Fairfield facility Professional interaction with homeowners and builders Strong attendance and accountability Key Responsibilities Perform window installation tasks, including removal, placement, leveling, and sealing Conduct window service work, including: Replacing sashes, screens, balances, and hardware Replacing IGUs Correcting operation issues (sticking, binding, lock issues, etc.) Assist lead technicians or work independently depending on experience Maintain clean work areas, tools, and jobsite safety Communicate professionally with homeowners, superintendents, and team members Assignment Details Location: Fairfield, CA Shift: Day shift (typically 6:00 AM start, varies by routes PPE: Steel-toe boots required; additional PPE provided Quantity Needed: Two (2) Starting wage: $18.00 - $24.00 DOE Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 1 - 3 years Salary: $18 - $24 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
