[job_card.job_description]Weekly Pay : Direct deposit Benefits : Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401K, and PTO Detention, Layover, and Extra Stop Pay 24-hour Dispatch Truck Features : Drivers can take trucks home Freightliner KW T680, International, automatic (2020 and up) All trucks equipped with APU’s Requirements : At least 120 hours from an accredited truck driving school Paid Training : Duration : 4-6 weeks Training pay : $650 / week Home every other week for 34-48 hours Dog & Rider allowed after training completion Paid orientation $300 Age : Must be 21 or older Driving Record : Fairly clean with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions in the last 5 years Employment History : Solid 10-year work history with no major gaps (outside of school or training) Safety Record : No terminations from previous jobs due to safety concerns Background Check : No DUI / DWI, felonies, or misdemeanors in the last 10 years Drug Screen : Must pass urine and hair follicle pre-employment drug screen

Job Details :
- Freight Type : Reefer
- Touch Freight : 100% no touch, 60% drop & hook
- Weekly Pay : $1,200 - $1,500 (based on experience)
- Mileage : Average 2,100 - 2,300 miles per week
- Home Time : Every other week for 34-48 hours
- Pet / Rider Policy : Bring your dog or rider from Day 1 (Trainees must wait until training completion; dogs must weigh under 30 lbs)
- Orientation : Paid
- Bonus Potential : Monthly bonus up to $0.08 CPM (fuel, safety, performance)
