Why This Role Matters :

We’re a full-service, top 100 commercial roofing contractor (including sheet metal) with a Fortune 500 client roster and a rock-solid reputation. As our Estimator, you’ll be on the front lines of high-impact projects that drive our bottom line, client satisfaction, and long-term success.

Responsibilities Include :

Prepare detailed estimates, bids, and proposals with accuracy and speed.

Review blueprints and perform take-offs from drawings and site evaluations.

Partner with sales to hit customer deadlines with complete, professional proposals.

Ensure pricing, scope, and contract terms are aligned and accurate.

Handle change orders, submittals, purchase order requests, and project transitions.

Drive success in pre-construction meetings and job hand-offs to project managers.

Monitor job costs and analyze post-project metrics to improve future bids.

What You Bring :

Deep knowledge of commercial roof systems, construction processes, and warranty requirements.

Proven experience in estimating and bidding roofing projects using Edge Software .

Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Blueprint reading expertise and clear, confident communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities with poise and professionalism.
