von Briesen & Roper, s.c., is seeking an Attorney to join our Corporate team in our Milwaukee, Madison, Neenah, or Green Bay office to meet current client needs and strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have four or more years’ experience in corporate law. A business, accounting and/or tax background is strongly preferred as well as previous experience with mergers and acquisitions. The ideal candidate will be highly-motivated, with strong writing, oral communication and analytical skills, and a passion for client service. They must be willing to collaborate with a team and work with internal and external clients, attorneys, and staff.
