The Scheduling Manager will report directly to the Operations Manager. The Right Candidate will have the primary responsibility of developing, communicating, coordinating, and managing caregiver and client schedules to ensure a perfect match. Right at Home Northwest Indiana has a client base in Lake, Porter and LaPorte counties. We value all of our caregivers and staff and we believe in recognizing our staff for their accomplishments. JOB DESCRIPTION

The Scheduling Manager is a dynamic problem-solver who is proactive, highly organized, an effective communicator, and has the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position will serve as a key liaison between office staff, clients, and caregivers. The primary responsibility of the Scheduling Manager is to develop and communicate caregiver schedules to meet the ongoing needs of our clients. The Scheduling Manager also supports the supervision of caregivers to maintain the gold standard of home care in Northwest Indiana, which Right at Home has come to represent. This position also entails supervising caregivers by conducting performance reviews, enforcing company policy, and conflict resolution.
