Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Insurance

Supreme Insurance Agency is one of the most successful Allstate agencies in Southern California, and we are expanding our service team. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Customer Service Representative who takes pride in helping clients, retaining business, and earning more by doing great work.

What You’ll Do

Service existing Allstate clients (policy changes, billing, coverage questions)

Build strong relationships that drive retention and referrals

Identify coverage gaps and write additional policies when appropriate

Assist with renewals, endorsements, and account reviews

Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards

Deliver a high level of professionalism and care on every interaction

Who We’re Looking For

Property & Casualty license preferred (or willingness to obtain quickly)

Prior insurance or customer service experience strongly preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Detail-oriented, reliable, and team-focused

Comfortable identifying sales opportunities without pressure tactics

Someone who values consistency, integrity, and growth
