Job Overview :

The role of the Senior Power Platform Developer involves collaborating with Citizen Developers and the Application Development Team to offer support, develop strategies, governance, training, and assistance for the Power Platform suite, comprising Power Apps and Power Automate.

Primary Job Responsibilities :

• Create custom solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Implement and maintain Power Platform solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements.
• Ensure solutions are secure and maintainable.
• Work with other IT organizations and the Citizen Development Program to ensure quality support and delivery to the end-user.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Perform system configurations, defining fields, views, and forms to meet the defined requirements.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of solutions to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications.
