Lead and manage a night-shift sanitation crew responsible for cleanroom maintenance. Ensure team adherence to safety protocols, cleanroom standards, and project timelines. Conduct nightly briefings and assign tasks based on priority and room readiness.

Coordinate with QA / QC teams to ensure rooms meet cleanliness standards for turnover. Maintain documentation of cleaning activities, inspections, and corrective actions. Support audits and inspections by internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Skills : Sanitation Supervision, Safety Management, Bilingual - English and Spanish. Experience in Industrial Construction, Cleaning, and Production.

Additional Skills & Qualifications : 10+ years of experience in construction or industrial sanitation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Experience working in cleanroom environments (semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or battery manufacturing preferred). Strong understanding of contamination control, cleanroom classifications, and GMP standards. Ability to read and interpret construction schedules and room turnover plans. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. OSHA 30 certification preferred.

This is a Contract position based out of De Soto, KS. The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00 / hr.
