Finance Associate

A company is looking for a Finance Associate who will manage financial reporting and accounts receivable functions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop budgets and forecasts, providing monthly financial reporting and variance analysis

Prepare and issue invoices, track their status, and assist with collections

Enter and review bank deposits, perform reconciliations, and report on cash position

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

1-2 years of experience in accounting or data-intensive operations

Proven ability to learn new technology quickly and improve processes through automation

Demonstrated ability to use accounting software and related tools effectively

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
