Key responsibilities include driving AI adoption, managing AI economics, and leading co-innovation with technology partners. The role demands a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise in AI / ML technologies, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in AI and technology management. Applicants for the SVP, Chief AI Officer position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, with an advanced degree in AI, machine learning, or a related area strongly preferred. A minimum of 12 years' technology and AI leadership experience, including at least 5 years in senior executive roles, is required. The ideal candidate will have a history of building and scaling AI / ML platforms, driving AI strategy for business outcomes, and establishing AI governance frameworks. Technical expertise in AI / ML, large language models, and generative AI is essential, as is a strong understanding of AI safety, bias mitigation, and explainability. Leadership capabilities should include exceptional communication skills, experience in change management, and a track record of building and leading multidisciplinary AI teams.
