PA Licensed Senior Trial Attorney

A company is looking for a Senior Trial Attorney to manage civil litigation and advocate for clients in legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

Manage moderately complex civil litigation and ensure adherence to ethical standards

Analyze cases, develop strategies for optimal outcomes, and pursue settlements

Represent clients in trials, mediations, and regulatory hearings

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated litigation experience and preparation of civil pleadings and motions

Solid knowledge of tort, contract, and insurance law

Admitted to the PA State Bar; NJ Bar admission is a plus

Juris Doctor degree required

Understanding of the rules of Professional Responsibility for the practicing jurisdiction
