About the Internship

The Dream First Bank Summer Internship Program offers college students an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the banking industry while learning from experienced mentors. Interns will work through every department of the bank, participate in professional development workshops, and get an inside look at how Dream First serves its customers and communities.

What You’ll Do

• Support day-to-day operations within your assigned department.
  
• Participate in team meetings, projects, and community initiatives.
  
• Shadow leaders across departments to understand how we drive success.
  
• Assist with research, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
  
• Contribute ideas to help improve customer experience and internal communication.
  

Requirements:

Who You Are

• Currently enrolled in a college or university (preferably pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field).
  
• Curious, motivated, and eager to learn.
  
• A strong communicator who enjoys teamwork and collaboration.
  
• Organized, detail-oriented, and ready to take initiative.
  
• Passionate about serving others and making a difference in your community.
