A company is looking for an English / Spanish Overnight Clinical Technical Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of support cases and guide users through troubleshooting and setup
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues, documenting everything in Salesforce
Host live remote sessions to assist users and escalate cases as necessary
Required Qualifications
C1 / C2 Spanish / English proficiency (CEFR or equivalent)
At least 2 years of experience in technical support or customer support
Solid understanding of Windows and basic networking
Experience documenting cases in a CRM like Salesforce
Calm and patient demeanor when working with clinicians and biomedical teams
