Your Role as a Physical Therapist Assistant :
Make a significant impact in your community through accessible physical therapy services.Implement physical therapy treatments as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist, following established treatment plans.Advance patients through various levels of treatment safely and effectively.Regularly consult with the Physical Therapist regarding patient progress and any changes in condition.Maintain thorough documentation of all treatments and interactions in compliance with CORA policies.Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and activities.Foster clear communication with patients, their families, and the rehabilitation team.Collaborate with colleagues to enhance your skills and contribute to a positive clinic culture.What You Need :
