Why This Role Matters
Clients trust us to handle every detail of their case while they focus on recovery. As a Case Manager, you will manage a caseload from intake through resolution or filing of the lawsuit, ensuring that deadlines are met, medical records are obtained, and clients stay informed at each step. You will work directly with attorneys to prepare cases for settlement, mediation, or trial.
This role requires legal knowledge, attention to detail, and strong technical skills. It is ideal for someone with plaintiff personal injury experience who can balance empathy for clients with the discipline required to manage pre-litigation files.
Compensation :
$48,000 - $52,000 yearly
Responsibilities : What You Will Do
- Manage a caseload of personal injury files from intake through resolution or filing suit
- Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about case status
- Request, organize, and summarize medical records, bills, and liens
- Track treatment progress and coordinate with medical providers and insurance adjusters
- Enter, update, and maintain case data in Neos with accuracy and attention to deadlines
- Draft and prepare correspondence, settlement demands, and discovery responses under attorney supervision
- Monitor statutes of limitation and litigation deadlines, escalating time-sensitive issues promptly
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including witness lists, exhibits, and medical summaries
