- Work alongside 12 physicians and 6 advanced practice clinicians, supported by a dedicated team.
- Access to on-site lab, x-ray (including mammography), urgent care, behavioral health, community health workers and sports medicine.
- Benefit from an established patient base
- Anticipated work schedule : Monday to Friday, with 36 patient contact hours
- Flexible shifts with Clinic hours : 7 : 15 AM - 5 PM (Monday-Friday) and 8 AM - Noon (Saturday)
- Utilize EPIC medical records with DAX Ai
- Digital X-Ray with rapid results
- Call schedule : 1 in 12 (phone only)
- Flexible starting FTE : 0.6 - 1.0
- Optional newborn nursery care (in hospital)
