Position Summary

We are hiring for two roles on the Debt Portfolio Management team – one junior-level (Analyst) and one mid-level (Associate). These individuals will work closely with cross-functional groups to analyze, manage, and present portfolio and fund performance data. This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced team making high-level investment and operational decisions backed by strong data analytics.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze financial, operating, and valuation data for debt investments and funds.
• Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and systems for real-time reporting.
• Build and manage Excel models and portfolio dashboards.
• Support capital needs, cash flow tracking, and diversification analysis.
• Partner with IR and asset management to deliver insights to investors.
• Create valuation models and sensitivity analyses.
• Review internal and third-party appraisals.
• Assist in ESG-related data tracking and reporting.
• Continuously adapt to new technologies and process changes.
