Unique Skills :

This position will be an onsite position at our Savannah location. This is a mid-level HR generalist role with emphasis in employee relations and investigations.

Preferred Qualificiations :

Employee Relations, Investigations, Building Relationships, Strong in Communications and Following-up.

SHRM-CP or PHR certification

• Related Experience is defined as experience in a HR Business Partner / Generalist or related role

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 2 years related HR experience. Other PHR preferred. Position Purpose : Executes the effective end-to-end delivery of the HR function for given customer / business group through flexible and pragmatic solutions in support of the business plan. This role supports the execution of a strategic workforce plan in their respective area of the business. This role is responsible for assessing the needs of the business and collaborating with subject matter experts within our Centers of Excellence to deliver effective solutions. This position will support part(s) of functional groups that are comparatively moderate in size or complexity.
