Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a Data Scientist - Artificial Intelligence position for our client.

Location : Dallas, TX

Duration : 10 months

Duties :

Lead the migration of conversational intents, entities, and dialog flows from IBM Watson Assistant to Google Cloud Dialogflow / CCAI Flow Designer.

Design, implement, and optimize conversational AI solutions across digital and voice channels.

Map and translate existing Watson Assistant intents, entities, and dialog flows into Google CCAI, ensuring minimal disruption to customer experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI requirements, use cases, and KPIs.

Develop and maintain APIs, integrations, and backend systems supporting conversational AI platforms.

Monitor and improve natural language understanding (NLU) accuracy, intent classification, and overall system performance.

Provide technical guidance and best practices for AI solution design, deployment, and testing.

Skills :

Expertise in conversational AI platforms, specifically IBM Watson Assistant and Google Cloud Dialogflow / CCAI Flow Designer.

Strong understanding of AI / ML concepts, natural language processing (NLP), and NLU optimization.

Experience with API integrations, data pipelines, and cloud-based AI solutions.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.

Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI / CD pipelines.

Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Experience :

Hands-on experience designing and deploying conversational AI solutions in enterprise environments.

Proven track record of migrating conversational flows between AI platforms.

Experience optimizing AI models for customer engagement and performance metrics.

Education :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Google CCAI or equivalent AI platform certifications preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
