Absolute Property Care is looking for Floaters to help with a large client. Base of Operations is in Denver but a willingness to drive is ideal for this position. As needs arise floaters fill in for a night or sometimes a few days depending on the situation. Some examples would be Leave of Absences, Call Ins, Starting of new accounts as examples. If you like a change of scenery within a routine based industry then contact us.

Scope of Work includes :

  • Cleaning Offices
  • Cleaning and Stocking bathrooms
  • Vacuuming / Mopping floors etc

Individuals interested in this position must exhibit the following :

  • Read and Write English
  • Posses their own transportation such as a car and drivers license
  • Must past a background check
  • Has flexibility / availability to receive and answer communication from management
  • Has the ability to be available to add work to the night
  • Ability and willingness to work in the evenings
  • Apply a standard to each property taht is to be cleaned that night
  • Trustworthy and comfortable with alarms

    • Previous experience of floating is a plus but not necessary.
