• Lead structured consultative conversations via Zoom or phone
• Support individuals exploring career transitions professional development and worklife balance
• Use a relationship-focused needs-based communication approach
• Explain programs learning pathways and expectations clearly
• Track notes follow-ups and client progress using CRM tools
• Manage your own schedule and productivity with full independence
