Clinical Transformation Lead

A company is looking for a Practice Success Lead to manage clinical transformation programs across multiple local practices.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with Local Practice Operations and Clinical leadership teams to support clinical transformation programs

Manage day-to-day operations and report on key performance indicators of clinical transformation initiatives

Lead practice engagement meetings and develop tools and best practices for the Clinical Transformation team

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience working with physicians; experience with radiologists preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office software

Experience working with senior leadership preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing demands

Strong organizational and task management skills
