[job_card.job_description]Lead, mentor, and schedule a team of maintenance technicians to maximize uptime and safety across all shifts. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for a wide range of production equipment, including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and industry standards. Collaborate with engineering and planning teams to coordinate projects, manage parts inventory, and drive process improvements. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning within the maintenance department. Maintain accurate records, participate in audits, and support ongoing training initiatives. Technical Degree or completion of an apprenticeship program in electrical, mechanical, or industrial maintenance. Demonstrated expertise in electrical troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance within an industrial environment. 1+ year of supervisory or team lead experience, with a focus on coaching and developing direct reports. 6+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing, metals, or related industrial industries. Solid understanding of safety programs (e.g., lockout / tagout), and a commitment to maintaining a safe, efficient workplace. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to support a multi-shift operation and respond to urgent maintenance needs.

Compensation Range : $85,000 - $100,000
Benefits Offered : 2 weeks of vacation, paid sick leave where applicable by state law, Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance Vision Insurance, 401K, and Life Insurance.
