A company is looking for a Manager, Regulatory Intelligence - North America.

Key Responsibilities

Track and analyze regulatory developments and their potential impact on clients' operations

Develop knowledge base articles and provide actionable regulatory insights to clients

Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in regulatory compliance or related roles within financial services

Strong expertise in CFTC, SEC, and Canadian regulatory frameworks

Proven experience as a compliance subject matter expert

Experience in regulatory implementation projects with technology and product teams

Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently
