Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a Sr. Litigation Paralegal for its client’s Miami office.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Assist attorneys in all phases of civil litigation : discovery, trial prep
- Manage firm databases (MS Word & Excel, Relativity, Best Authority, LEXIS / Westlaw; PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint, CaseNotebook)
- Organize document productions : redaction, duplication, indexing, privilege logs, correspondence files
- Create / maintain internal case databases; run searches and curate relevant materials
- Coordinate depositions and hearings : prep documents, manage transcripts, exhibits, logistics, order transcripts
- Support preparation of briefs, memoranda, and exhibits : cite-checking, Bluebooking, prepping Tables of Contents & Authorities, proofreading, and filing in State / Federal courts
- Liaise with firm resources, outside agencies, vendors
- Assist during trials : trial setup, exhibit marking / handling, courtroom support, witness prep, liaison with staff
