Essential Functions of the Customer Service Outreach Representative - Apply TODAY, Work TOMORROW! Role
Engage directly with potential AT&T customers at events, retail sites, and outreach zones, focusing on affordable connectivity program eligibility.
Represent AT&T with energy and knowledge, clearly explaining product benefits and program value.
Assess customer needs to identify service preferences and potential qualification for discounted offers.
Qualify interested leads and smoothly hand off or schedule follow-ups with sales specialists.
Distribute branded materials and program info to boost visibility and support community awareness.
Gather customer feedback and local insights to help refine outreach strategies.
Accurately log customer interactions and lead details, including program eligibility status.
Attend all trainings to stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and outreach best practices.
Uphold professionalism and empathy, creating positive experiences with every interaction.
