• 3 - 10 shifts per month with shift lengths of 12 - 48 hours
• Function as sole provider covering ED and Med / Surg
• Average ED volume : 3.6 patients
• Average Med / Surg census : 1.4 patients
• Support includes 1 Advanced Practice Provider, 2 RNs per provider, 1 Paramedic
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
