Product Liability Associate Attorney

A respected and growing law firm in St. Louis is seeking a Products Liability Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their dynamic litigation team.

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in defending product liability matters involving automotive components, toxic substances, industrial machinery, and trucking-related claims. This position is well-suited for an attorney who excels in a collaborative setting and is eager to build further expertise in complex litigation.

Responsibilities :

Handle all stages of product liability defense litigation.

Take and defend depositions, draft motions, and make court appearances.

Develop case strategies and work closely with clients, experts, and co-counsel.

Oversee discovery, including document review and evaluation of technical evidence.

Qualifications :

J.D. from an accredited law school with active Missouri Bar admission (Illinois a plus).

At least 3 years of experience in product liability or complex defense litigation.

Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills.

Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
