Sr Manager II, Small Business and Growth Strategic Insights
At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. This role can be based in our New York City, San Francisco, Sunnyvale, Mountain View or Chicago office.
We are looking for a senior, strategic leader to lead how LinkedIn measures and grows monetization across our Premium and Small Business portfolios. This role sits at the center of Marketing, Finance, Data Science, Product Marketing, and Demand Gen Ops, and will be responsible for evolving how we quantify impact, guide marketing investment, and create a unified measurement strategy across engagement and monetization.
You will join the Consumer Insights team (part of the larger Measurement, Insights, Data and Analytics organization) as a strategic lead, working alongside deeply technical analysts who own reporting, data pipelines, and dashboard development. Your remit is to drive the strategy, narrative, and cross-functional alignment needed to accelerate revenue growth and modernize our measurement ecosystem.
This is a high-visibility strategic role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of analytics, marketing strategy, and change management.
