Client Engagement : Connect with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide effective solutions.

Sales Goals : Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets through proactive lead generation and follow-ups.

Policy Recommendations : Tailor insurance packages to customers requirements, ensuring optimal coverage and value.

Client Education : Clearly explain insurance terms and policy details, assisting clients in making informed decisions.

Requirements

Licensing : Current and active P&C (Property and Casualty 220) insurance license required.

Experience : preferred 2 years of experience in the insurance industry.

Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Self-Motivated : Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a fully remote environment. (work form office is also an option)

Customer-Focused : Strong dedication to providing top-notch customer service.

Tech Proficiency : Comfortable using digital communication tools and insurance sales platforms.
