Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers, focusing on technical excellence and professional growth

Collaborate with Sales and Program Management teams on project scoping, resource allocation, and solution design

Provide technical oversight, enforce best practices, and resolve urgent client development issues

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers

Expertise in HubSpot CMS development and proficiency in React and modern JavaScript / ES6+

Minimum of 7+ years of professional front-end development experience

2+ years of technical leadership or management experience

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant equivalent experience is required
