Key Responsibilities
Manage executive relationships with key customers and ensure customer success
Oversee end-to-end program management, including implementation and support initiatives
Identify expansion opportunities and drive revenue growth within accounts
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or program management in enterprise software
Proven track record with Fortune 500 or large enterprise customers
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs with significant contract values
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
