Role Description :

The Program Support Coordinator General Administration (GenAdmin) supports the submission, creation, tracking, and auditing of account access for personnel and subscribers. GenAdmin is also responsible for account modification and deletion on all applicable systems. The role interacts regularly with internal teams, leadership, and network ISSMs to perform duties.

This position involves a wide variety of highly detailed, moderately complex activities with an emphasis on :

• Resolving access requests and issues
• Gaining necessary approvals
• Ensuring compliance with audit-specific accreditation metrics
