JJP Enterprises, Inc., dba Servpro of Lexington is seeking Production Managers for its Lexington, KY location. Production managers are required to travel to various unanticipated locations anywhere in the US for extended periods of time based on a particular job, but are required to live within commuting distance of Lexington, KY.

The Production Manager will perform the following duties and responsibilities :

• Explain commercial cleaning, mitigation and remediation process and answer customer questions, as needed.
• Monitor, communicate, and respond to customer needs / concerns about commercial cleaning, mitigation and remediation process.
• Communicate clear expectations to Production Technicians and Helpers and supervise their activities while on the worksite.
• Perform commercial cleaning, mitigation, and remediation processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers.
• Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details.
• Manage and control costs of commercial cleaning, mitigation, and remediation projects.
• Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly.

Qualified applicants must have one (1) year of experience working in the commercial cleaning industry. Required experience must include 6 months in the following specific areas : Commercial & Personal Water Mitigation and Restoration jobs; Mold remediation; Carpet cleaning; Fire remediation; Biohazards or COVID clean / remediation; Demolition; and Writing water / mold estimates.

In addition to the skills above, must also have the physical ability to : Lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance; Climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics); Sit / stand / walk for prolonged periods of time; Repetitively push / pull / lift / carry objects; Work with / around cleaning products / chemicals; and Work at any time for emergency calls (not always "on call," but have to be available if we get really busy). Qualified applicants must also have a valid driver's license and IICRC water certification.
