YOUR ROLE
As the Enrichment Programs Coordinator, you will design, coordinate, and implement a variety of academic and recreational programs at Shu Ren International School, including after-school programs, enrichment classes, school-year camps, and summer camps. You will play a key role in creating joyful, engaging experiences for our students and families.
WHAT YOU WILL DO AS THE ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS AND SUMMER CAMP COORDINATOR
- Develop, implement, and supervise engaging and educational after-school programs, enrichment classes, and school-year camps, and summer camp
- Provide responsive support to students, families, and teachers
- Track attendance, feedback, retention, and admissions inquiries to support program evaluation
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Admissions teams to publicize program offerings
- Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating terms, contracts, insurance and liability documentation, deposits, and payments
- Plan, organize, and supervise vacation camps and summer camps
- Assist with general administrative tasks and support school staff as needed

5+ years of experience working with children and / or managing children's programmingBachelor’s Degree and / or equivalent field experienceFull professional fluency in EnglishAuthorized to work now and in the future in the U.S.Fluency in Mandarin Chinese a plusRequirements :
