What You Will Do :

• Room Preparation : Ensure guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned, well-maintained, and prepared to meet the Salt Hotels standard of excellence.
• Attention to Detail : Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
• Amenity Management : Restock room amenities and supplies, ensuring guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay.
• Public Areas : Handle the proper cleaning procedures for all public spaces within the hotel.
• Guest Requests : Promptly respond to guest requests for additional supplies or services, ensuring their needs are met with a high level of customer service.
• Safety and Security : Follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with the housekeeping team and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient operations.
• Feedback Implementation : Listen to and act on feedback from guests and management to continually improve service and guest satisfaction.
• Inventory Management : Keep accurate records of room supplies and notify management of any inventory needs or maintenance issues.
