This role is also eligible for our Loan Relief Program, designed to support Endodontists in high-priority markets by offering debt relief while delivering essential care to underserved communities.

Responsibilities

As an Endodontic Associate, you will :

• Perform root canal therapy, retreatment, and apical surgery with exceptional skill and precision.
• Diagnose and treat diseases and injuries of the dental pulp and periapical tissues.
• Work collaboratively with general dentists and specialists to create and implement effective treatment plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients to educate them on their treatment options, empowering them to make informed decisions about their oral health.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and ethical standards in all treatments.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records within our practice management system.
• Engage in continuing education and professional development to stay abreast of the latest techniques and industry advancements.
• Assist with appointment scheduling, patient communications, and billing as necessary, working closely with our administrative team.
• Promote a welcoming and inclusive practice environment, committed to excellent patient care.
