• Average 25-30 patients per shift
• All specialty backup
• Hospitalist available for backup codes
• Support staff includes 6 APPs, 40 RNs, 15 MAs
• BLS, ACLS, ATLS, and PALS required
• 60-120 days for privileging
• $310 per hour for ABEM; $280 per hour for FM / IM
