Job Details

Our client is seeking a dedicated healthcare professional to support student wellness and clinical operations in a dynamic campus environment. This role offers the opportunity to lead with compassion, collaborate across departments, and contribute to a culture of inclusion and proactive care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary nursing services, including treatment, education, and preventive care.
• Support clinical operations and compliance with OSHA, CLIA, FERPA, and HIPAA standards.
• Administer immunizations and assist with physician/nurse practitioner appointments.
• Perform lab tests, manage equipment, and coordinate follow-up care.
• Collaborate with campus leadership to ensure health policy compliance and student support.
• Assist with outreach programming, health education, and departmental reporting.
• Cover administrative duties as needed and respond to campus emergencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; Master's degree and Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant certification preferred.
• Active RN license and certification in Tennessee (in good standing).
• Minimum five years of nursing experience, preferably in a clinic setting.
• CPR/AED certification and current immunizations required.
• Experience with Medicat EMR system and supervising nursing staff.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in clinical care.
